I popped in to get some cold sore and burn creams, and I got help from (I believe her name was Anna – I read her name badge). She was so sweet and helpful! Even though there were a couple of people waiting in the queue, she still came over to help me find what would work best. She even took a quick look at my wounds and explained what I should do next. It was my first time using this pharmacy, and she really made me feel comfortable and cared for.

I've just returned back to my hometown after many years of living and working abroad. At 71 years old and with some health problems the staff of the pharmacy have been absolutely WONDERFUL to me. Nothing is too much trouble, their kindness is off the charts ! I'm so pleased and happy and relieved to have found this incredible pharmacy close to my new home on London Road.
